MATCH CONDITIONS FOR PLAYERS (a) No player registered with a club may be allowed to change to another club in the Association during the course of the season (except Emergency Pool Players as per By-Law 9.2 b)), unless with the sanction of the Committee. If a club plays an ineligible player, all games played by her shall be forfeited. No player may play in more than one match on any one day. A match shall be deemed to be played on the date set out in the fixture. (b) The Committee has the right to refuse registration of any player. (c) Players who have played the number of matches to qualify in a lower grade shall be eligible for a higher grade. Once having played four (4) matches in a higher grade, the player may not return to the lower grade without permission from the Committee. (d) All players must be graded on Team Sheet. All previous playing experience must be stated when registering players. No player may play lower than her graded section. (e) Registered players taking part in matches must be financial members of their club and must play in at least one (1) match before being eligible to play in Semi-Final or Final matches. Any breach of this rule will disqualify the team of which the player is a member. (f) No player who has played or is currently playing VTA State Grade, Grades 1 or 2 or equivalent standard, will be allowed to play lower than Section 1, unless special permission is given by the Committee. (g) All previous VT.A. Pennant gradings must be stated on Team Sheets. Failure to do so will result in loss of games and points by the offending team.
