Rule 1(b) $10.00 fine if club not represented at General Meetings. Rule 5(c) Loss of sets for incorrect attire. Rule 6(a) Loss of sets for every 15 minutes late. Forfeit if complete team not there by 10.00 a.m. Rule 6(d) Sets forfeited if not present when called upon to play. Rule 6(e) Games played out of order forfeited. Rule 6(f) $10.00 fine for failure to provide full name on Score Card and online Mail Form. Rule 7(b) Forfeit if teams attending courts not fully represented for washout. Rule 8(a) Games forfeited if ineligible player used. Rule 8(e) Disqualification of team for unfinancial players or a player playing less than one match to qualify before playing in finals. Rule 9.1(a) Loss of games if emergency not registered on Score card and in the message/extra registration section of the online mail form. $10.00 fine for failure to enter correct details online. Rule 9.2(a) Loss of games if Pool Emergency not registered on Score Card and in the message/extra registration section of the online mail form with an (EP) entered after their name each time they play. $10.00 fine for failure to enter correct details online. Rule 9.2(b) Loss of games if Emergency Pool Secretary is not notified each time a Pool Emergency is used. Rule 9.2(d) Loss of games if Emergency Pool Player plays as emergency independently of Emergency Pool. Rule 10(c) Loss of games if substitute not available in 45 minutes. Rule 12(a) $10.00 fine for late online submission. Rule 12(b) $10.00 fine for late online submissions on required days. Rule 12(c) Fines doubled if not paid within 45 days. Rule 13(a) $10.00 fine for forfeit. $10.00 fine for failure to submit online Mail Form. Rule 13(b) $20.00 fine for team withdrawal. Rule 15(a) $10.00 fine for failure to open courts.
